At Sustainable Soul, we prioritize local service to reduce our carbon footprint and provide a more personal touch. While we do not currently offer shipping, we make it easy for you to receive your products through local pickup or delivery.
1. Local Pickup
- Availability: Local pickup is available in Hilton, NY. The address for pickup will be announced when pre-orders have closed.

- Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you via email or text with pickup details.
- You can pick up your order during the scheduled pickup times provided in your notification.
- Cost: Free of charge.
2. Local Delivery
- Service Area: We deliver within a 10–20 mile radius of Rochester, NY.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are scheduled on specific days (TBA), and we’ll confirm your delivery date and time in advance.

- Free delivery within 10 miles.
- A small delivery fee applies for areas just outside this range (details provided at checkout).
3. Delivery & Pickup Notifications
- You’ll receive an email or text once your order is ready, including:
- Pickup instructions or delivery schedule.
- Contact information for any questions or changes to your schedule.
4. Order Fulfillment Timeline
- Orders are typically ready within 2–3 weeks after the pre-order window closes.
- Any delays will be communicated promptly via email or text.
