Refunds

- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number for quick resolution.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your request is approved. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Pre-orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed, as we begin preparing your order.
