Welcome to Sustainable Soul Rochester’s pre-order system! To reduce waste and keep our offerings intentional, some of our products are available by pre-order only. Here’s everything you need to know:

🛒 What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you're reserving a product before it’s been made. This allows us to make only what’s needed, support small-batch production, and reduce unnecessary inventory.

📦 Step-by-Step:

1. Browse Our Pre-Order Products
Look for items marked as Pre-Order on the product page.

2. Place Your Order
Add your item(s) to your cart and check out as usual. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

3. We Make It Just for You
Once the order window closes, we’ll begin production. Pre-orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks.

4. Delivery & Pickup

For our very first pre-order window, we're keeping things local! Here's how fulfillment will work:

→ Local Pickup:
Free local pickup will be available in Rochester, NY. You'll be able to select this option at checkout, and we’ll email you with pickup location details and time options once your order is ready.

→ Local Delivery:
We’re also offering limited local delivery within the Rochester area for a small flat fee. If you're eligible based on your address, you’ll see the option during checkout.

💌 Heads Up:
Shipping is not yet available for this pre-order cycle. Once this round is complete, we plan to begin offering shipping throughout the United States!

⚠️ Important Info

  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless your item arrives damaged or there's a mistake on our part.

  • If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once everything is ready (unless otherwise arranged).

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation and shipping updates via email.
